What's the difference between Free and Essential?
Free users can create 1 QR code per phone number (unlimited phones) and must verify each time. Essential users get 3 QR codes for 1 phone number, only verify once, plus dashboard access, QR naming, and basic analytics.
Can I edit my QR codes on the Free tier?
Yes! All tiers (including Free) can edit QR content and design anytime. However, Free users cannot change the phone number on an existing QR code - you'd need to create a new one.
What is ScanConnect branding?
Free and Essential users have a small "Powered by ScanConnect" message added to their WhatsApp QR codes. This helps us keep the service free. Plus and Enterprise users can remove this branding.
How does phone number verification work?
Free users verify via WhatsApp every time they create a QR code. Essential, Plus, and Enterprise users only verify once during signup, then their phone numbers stay verified. Plus users can verify up to 3 different phone numbers.
What if I need more than 3 phone numbers?
Enterprise plans support unlimited phone numbers, along with custom domains, white-label branding, API access, and priority support. Contact sales@saadhanastudios.com for custom pricing.
Can I upgrade from Essential to Plus?
Absolutely! You can upgrade to Plus at any time from your dashboard settings. Your existing QR codes will immediately get Plus features, including unlimited QR code creation for up to 3 phone numbers, custom short links, and the ability to remove ScanConnect branding.
What analytics do I get with Plus?
Plus users get advanced analytics including:
- Scan location (country/city)
- Device type (mobile/desktop)
- Time-based insights
- And more detailed metrics
Essential users only see total scan count, and Free users get no analytics.
Can I cancel my Plus subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your Plus features will remain active until the end of your billing period, then you'll be moved to the Essential tier (3 QR codes for 1 phone, editable anytime, with ScanConnect branding).
